This policy covers leademi.com. Each Leademi product (Trussty, TravelQuest, Slowcart and the others) has its own privacy policy on its own site, and that policy controls for the product.

What we collect

This site has no accounts or forms. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply. Our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and reliability.

Text messaging

Leademi LLC provides texting software to businesses that use our products. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are used only to deliver the messages you agreed to receive. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.

How we use information

We use it to respond to you, run and secure our services, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal information.

Service providers

We use vendors such as hosting, email, payment (Stripe) and messaging (Twilio) providers. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@leademi.com.
